Earned Wage Access Solution

The new on-demand pay offering enables employees to access a portion of their earned wages before payday, helping reduce financial stress and providing greater flexibility in managing day-to-day expenses. When payday comes, any wages withdrawn by the employee are paid back to the EWA provider.
