03/18/2026 - GNSA Promotes Leslie Florestan to Client Services Manager.
Great Northern Staff Administrators (GNSA), a leading provider of payroll services and human capital management solutions for small and mid-market companies throughout the Northwest, announces the promotion of Leslie Florestan to the position of Client Services Manager.
"We recognized her outstanding dedication, leadership, and deep expertise she's developed, and has been with us for over more than a decade," said Katharina Fink, president of GNSA, when asked what drove the decision.
In her new role as Client Services Manager, Leslie will lead and support the client services team,
continuing her focus on delivering exceptional service while helping employees grow, develop their
skills, and achieve success.
Leslie joined GNSA 13 years ago as a Payroll Specialist, where she quickly demonstrated her commitment to excellence and a strong understanding of payroll and human capital management. Through hard work, determination, and a passion for helping others succeed, she advanced through the
organization and became an integral part of the Implementation team, where she played a key role in supporting clients and ensuring successful system transitions.
Throughout her career at GNSA, Leslie has developed a reputation for being a natural leader with an exceptional knowledge of the industry. Her ability to guide teams, mentor colleagues, and build strong relationships with clients has made her an invaluable asset to GNSA.
