GNSA Announces New Key Promotions

06/17/2021 - GNSA Promotes Katharina Fink to President, and Deidra Ochoa to Client Services Relationship Manager.

Great Northern Staff Administrators (GNSA), a leading provider of payroll services and human capital management solutions for small and mid-market companies throughout the Northwest, has announced the promotion of two of its key employees.

Katharina Fink has taken on the role of President and promoted Deidra Ochoa to Client Services Relationship Manager.

Katharina FinkHaving started at GNSA in 2010 as a part-time Benefits Administrator, Fink has spent the years since holding numerous client-facing positions. In 2014, for example, she was promoted to Director of Client Services and was tasked with managing client-facing operations as a member of the GNSA management team.

As a result of Fink's experience, she has gained a deep understanding of all aspects of GNSA's operations. "Over the past eleven years, Katharina has demonstrated a rare ability to solve problems and motivate staff. While in her past roles she's had a significant impact on the company’s operations, we believe that with her new responsibilities she will guide GNSA to even greater heights," says Scott Herson-Hord, chief executive officer at GNSA.

Deidra started at GNSA in late 2014 as a payroll processor. As she expanded her knowledge of the PeoplePro platform, Deidra was promoted to a Client Services Representative in 2016 and demonstrated a capacity for leadership from there.

Today, as the Client Services Relationship Manager, Deidra is responsible for managing the GNSA Service Teams. Deidra is a history fanatic who enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and dog.
