Great Northern Staff Administrators (GNSA) has recently chosen its top three Oregon health insurance plans for each of the following three major carriers in Oregon: Providence Health, Kaiser Permanente Oregon, and Regence BlueCross BlueShield.

3. 4500 Silver Plan
Providence Health also offers an optional dental plan. Additionally, in an effort of convenience, Providence Health offers a singular form for enrollment, change requests, and declination / waiver of coverage.
