Join the GNSA Team!

We are GNSA, a fast-growing HR Technology company delivering a modern, cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) platform that spans HR, payroll, talent management, and workforce analytics. Our mission: empower organizations to manage their people and processes smarter, easier, and more strategically. As a Sales Executive for Human Capital Management solutions, you will be the primary revenue driver in your region. You will prospect and generate new opportunities, present our HCM platform to HR/Finance leadership, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from lead generation and discovery to proposal, negotiation and close—while collaborating with internal teams (pre-sales, solutions engineering, customer success) to ensure smooth implementation. Your territory will allow you to build long-term relationships with mid-market to enterprise organizations (100+ employees) and become a trusted advisor in how HCM technology supports business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan for the Pacific Northwest region, with clear targets and milestones.
  • Source, qualify and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities (mid-market to enterprise).
  • Conduct discovery sessions with prospects to understand HR/People strategy, pain points and operational needs.
  • Build and deliver high-impact presentations of our HCM platform tailored to the customer’s needs.
  • Manage the deal process: proposals, negotiations, contract review, overcoming objections, closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (solutions engineering, implementation, partner network) to ensure the customer’s success post-sale.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas / revenue targets.
  • Forecast deal progress, pipeline health, and present regular reports to leadership.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape in HCM, and bring insights to the business.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally selling HCM/HR technology, payroll, talent management or other related solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a defined territory.
  • Strong business acumen, ability to engage C-suite/HR/Finance decision-makers credibly and persuasively.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter, motivated, able to work independently and manage a remote/hybrid territory.
  • Willingness to travel within region (~40-60%).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
  • (Preferred) Experience selling to Pacific Northwest clients or in the HR tech market in this region.
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with mid-market/enterprise HR technology buying processes and procurement cycles.
  • (Preferred) Existing relationships with HR/Payroll vendors, consulting firms or broker channels.
  • (Preferred) Experience or familiarity with integrations, data migrations or implementation challenges in HCM.

Work Environment, Benefits, and Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission plan with accelerators for exceeding targets.
  • Opportunity to influence and grow within a high-growth organization.
  • Flexible work model (remote/hybrid) and regional travel.
  • Exceptional benefits: health, dental, vision; 401(k) match; PTO; professional development support.
  • A culture of innovation, collaboration and a genuine focus on helping people and organizations succeed.
