We’re a leading third-party payroll provider helping businesses of all sizes manage their payroll with accuracy, compliance, and care. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality service to our clients—and we’re growing! We’re currently looking for a Payroll Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience using UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Ready) or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end payroll for multiple client accounts
  • Handle new hires, terminations, tax setup, deductions, and direct deposits
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll runs, including off-cycle payrolls
  • Review timesheets and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and payroll documentation
  • Generate payroll reports and support year-end processes (W-2s, tax filings, etc.)
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from clients and internal teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of payroll experience (third-party payroll environment a plus)
  • Experience with UKG Ready or similar payroll systems strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of payroll laws and compliance standards
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • FPC or CPP certification
  • Experience with multiple payroll platforms
  • Familiarity with benefits administration and timekeeping system
