Small Employer Services (SES)
What is SES?
 
GNSA offers SES to those employers who are looking for a comprehensive HR outsourcing solution.  GNSA's SES contracts with small to medium sized employers to reduce their administrative requirements and reduce, or eliminate, fundamental employer liabilities.  SES can allow a client to transfer risk from the “client employer” to the GNSA through a co-employer relationship (i.e. a contract).  In this contract, GNSA becomes responsible for processing payroll, reporting payroll taxes to all taxing jurisdictions, and ensuring employee records and communications are professional enough so employees feel taken care of and government regulators are satisfied. By taking advantage of the co-employment relationship, GNSA becomes your Human Resource department, handling any or all of your HR needs.
