GNSA Charitable Contributions The staff at GNSA believes being successful is about a lot more than just meeting our financial goals. Over the years we have identified and participated with local and international charities that let our staff and clients share the very real needs of those that are not as fortunate. The GNSA staff has participated in the following charities: | | Kiva GNSA has worked with Kiva since 2007 by lending to people around the globe the funds they need to improve their standard of living and break the cycle of poverty that limits their ability to provide for themselves. Through the generosity of GNSA staff and clients we have provided tens of thousands of dollars to hundreds of people who wouldn’t’ otherwise have access to capital for establishing businesses and the means to support a family. Some of our GNSA staff have traveled to places like Southern Sudan to equip local villages with raising crops and educating their children. |
American Red Cross GNSA organizes an annual blood drive at its office location on Macadam. Our next drive is scheduled for Thursday, March 31st 2011 from 9am to 2pm. Drop us a line and let us know you are interested in donating at the next blood drive info@gnsadmin.com
| | Toys for Tots The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community in which the campaign is conducted. |
Oregon Food Bank GNSA staff have volunteered their time and energy to collect and distribute food to those in need in our community. Every year we participate we strive to reach our goal of filling a barrel with donated items.
| | Operation Christmas Child GNSA played a small but important role in the collecting and sending of 8.2 million Christmas wrapped shoe boxes to 108 countries in 2008 via Samaritans Purse. We love kids and want to do what we can to make their lives better. |
My Stuffed Bags Foundation The Foundation provides comfort and a message of hope to abused and neglected children entering crisis and foster care through its unique program, My Stuff Bags, by collecting and distributing items for children to call their own. GNSA collected and sent out items like blankets, stuffed animals, hats, gloves and toys for unfortunate American children to call their own.
